Recently, the 8th China International "Internet Plus" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition hosted by the Ministry of Education and organized by Chongqing University came to a successful ending. After fierce competition, students from GZCCC won one silver award and two bronze awards. Among them, "Fengxin Intelligence – Leader in AI Operation and Maintenance of Automatic Sorting System" (student team: Guo Xing, Zheng Pingchao, Wu Songwei, etc.; instructors: Ying Bin, Qiu Mohe, Li Canbin, etc.) stood out among many competing projects, won the silver medal of entrepreneurship group of vocational education track, and was recorded as our best performance in GZCCC’s history in this race-track, which was also the only private vocational college in China that has won this award.

The theme of this competition is "I dare to venture and I can create". There are more than 14.5 million participants, over 3.4 million projects, covering 111 participating countries and regions. The competition truly realizes the participation of "thousands of students from hundreds of countries". Because of the epidemic, this "Internet +" national finals adopted the form of online competition. 1128 teams from all over the country gathered in the cloud and competed across the air to create an innovation and entrepreneurship event of "surpassing the limit and reshaping themselves".

It is reported that the project leader of the "Fengxin Intelligence – Leader in AI Operation and Maintenance of Automatic Sorting System" has operated the company for five years and accumulated a large amount of operation and maintenance data. The system has the functions of real-time diagnosis, analysis and fault pre-warning, which can solve the problems of market operation and maintenance at a low cost in an efficient and accurate way.
So far, GZCCC has won 2 Gold awards, 3 Silver awards and 5 Bronze awards in the China International "Internet Plus" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, 5 Gold awards, 24 Silver awards, 28 Bronze awards and 8 Excellent Organization Awards in the provincial competition, as well as 5 Excellent Organization Awards in the “Youth Red-Dream Building Journey” of the competition. These achievements reflect that GZCCC has achieved great results from its comprehensive reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. We will continue to consolidate the entrepreneurial practice platform, form an effective ecosystem of supporting service, and provide comprehensive supporting services for students’ and alumni enterprises, so as to facilitate college students' high-quality employment and start-ups.
