On December 15th, the signing ceremony for the "Kyrgyz-China Academy of Digital Innovation Technology (ADIT)" jointly established by GZCCC and The Institute of Innovative Professions (IIP) was held online. Prof. Jiang Xinhua, President of GZCCC, Dr. Musapar Orozaliev, Rector of IIP, Dr. Nagima Tusubekova, Vice Rector of IIP, and heads of the relevant departments of the two universities attended the signing ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Prof. Lu Yan, Deputy Secretary of GZCCC CPC.

Lu Yan gave an opening speech and expressed a warm welcome on behalf of GZCCC to all colleagues and friends from Kyrgyzstan who attended the signing ceremony. He said that today's signing ceremony marks the beginning of formal cooperation between the two universities, and believes that with the joint efforts of both parties, through the establishment of this ADIT platform, the two universities will engage in broader and deeper cooperation and development in the field of vocational education, and make contributions to the promotion of cultural exchanges between China and Kyrgyzstan.

In his speech, Jiang Xinhua expressed great gratitude to Ms. Zou Shujuan, Dr. Ilibezova Elvira, Mr. Yinwei, as well as Ms. Saletanat, the former Vice Presidents of Kyrgyz National University, and Mr. and Mrs. Askarana, for their efforts and strong support in facilitating the cooperation between GZCCC and IIP. He said that China and Kyrgyzstan are close neighbors and have always maintained close relations. The two countries have long-term and profound cooperation and exchanges in various fields such as economy, trade, culture and education. In the context of signing the agreement between the two universities for jointly building the "Kyrgyz-China Academy of Digital Innovation Technology", this is in a response to and implementation of the agreement reached between our two presidents on "building a community of shared future between China and Kyrgyzstan, achieving shared and win-win development". Through the cooperation, we will carry out teacher-student exchanges, talent cultivation, and joint scientific research to promote common academic progress, and make contributions to promoting academic exchanges between the two countries, enhancing cooperation in the fields of culture, education and science, and promoting people-to-people exchanges.

Musapar Orozaliev expressed his gratitude for the joint efforts of the international exchange departments of both sides in his speech, which enabled this signing ceremony to proceed and made the first encouraging step in the cooperation and exchange projects between the two universities. He hopes that deep cooperation and exchange in the fields such as modern new technology application, international Chinese education, vocational education, skill training, and cultural exchanges will be carried out through the co-construction of ADIT.
