On March 16th, in order to further strengthen the construction of the international training base, a work meeting of the Construction of the International Training Base for the Talents of Future Technical Skills and People-to-people Exchanges was successfully held in Room 501 of GZCCC's administrative building. The meeting invited Dr. Liu Zhenying, leader of the Skills Development Working Group of the BRICS Business Council (Chinese side), president of the Skills Development International Alliance for Belt and Road and BRICS, and president of Xiamen BRICS Institute for Future Skills Development and Technological Innovation, to attend the meeting and introduce the base projects online. Mr. Yan Weifeng, the vice president of GZCCC, Ms. Wu Chengxia, Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Mr. Li Youbing, the vice dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Mr. Chen Nan, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, and Ms. Pan Dan, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, attended the meeting.

The attendees had in-depth discussion on specific contents such as the construction of the training projects and the directions for sustainable cooperation of the projects.
The convening of this seminar has played a positive role in promoting the people-to-people exchanges and practice between China and foreign countries, expanding the international perspective of both the teachers and students, facilitating international exchanges, improving the level of professional construction and talent cultivation, and assisting in the construction of the provincial high-level vocational college.
