In order to promote the cultural, educational and personnel exchanges and cooperation between countries along the Belt and Road, jointly improve the education quality and the ability of scientific and technological innovation, actively explore and promote the youth employment and entrepreneurship, for embracing a brighter future together, a "Belt & Road" International Exchange Event was held in the main campus of Guangzhou City Construction College, on December 4, 2020.

At the event, GZCCC signed a Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation on Jointly Building Overseas "Luban Workshop" with MAYCHAM CHINA-GBA. The two sides decided to establish a long-term strategic cooperative partnership, exert its advantages in Southeast Asia and South Asia to build "Luban Workshop", and conduct the professional degree education and vocational skills training and so on through in-depth cooperation, for the goals of promoting the development of local economy and society as well as the students’ employment, enhancing the level of productivity and improving people's welfare.
