December 5, 2019, marked the inaugural opening of GZCCC-UNIRAZAK PhD Program Teaching Center, which is jointly established by Guangzhou City Construction College and Universiti Tun Abdul Razak of Malaysia.

The Vice Chancellor of UNIRAZAK Samsinar Md. Sidin and the President of GZCCC Jiang Xinhua signed the cooperation agreement and unveiled the teaching center.
