On June 15, the college held a grand alumni association event. President Jiang Xinhua, Party Secretary and Vice President Yang Qingguo as well as the other leaders and deans, together with more than 200 alumni representatives, attended the meeting.

Members of the First Committee of the Second Session of GZCCC Alumni Association, and the First Session of both Guangzhou and Shenzhen Branches of GZCCC Alumni Association were elected at the meeting.

President Jiang Xinhua made a speech and put forward three hopes to the alumni: First, to make full use of the alumni association platform to strengthen the communication and contact with each other and Alma Mater. Second, to give full play to the advantages of alumni to achieve resource sharing. Third, to keep on caring about the development of the Alma Mater, to provide more assistance and support for the teaching, school-enterprise cooperation and student employment in the future.
